Slow Cooker Sweet Potato Casserole

Ingredients Sweet Potatoes: 2 (29 ounce) cans sweet potatoes, drained ⅓ cup butter, melted

2 tablespoons white sugar 2 tablespoons brown sugar ½ cup milk 2 eggs, beaten 1 tablespoon orange juice

Topping: ⅓ cup chopped pecans ⅓ cup brown sugar 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour 2 teaspoons butter, melted

Directions Grease a slow cooker very lightly.  

To combine sweet potatoes, transfer them to a big bowl and use a potato masher to mash them until they're smooth. Stir in both sugars and melted butter.  

Add the eggs, milk, and orange juice and stir until thoroughly mixed. Load into the slow cooker that has been ready.  

To make the topping, put the pecans, melted butter, brown sugar, and flour in a small bowl. Cover the sweet potatoes with the topping.  

Cook for three to four hours on high, covered.
