Never Made Invisible Apple Cake? It's Easier than Apple Pie.

Ingredients: – 4 large apples, peeled and thinly sliced – 2 egg – 1/2 cup granulated sugar – 1/2 cup all-purpose flour – 1/2 cup milk

– 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted – 1 teaspoon vanilla extract – 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon – Powdered sugar, for dusting (optional)

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch round cake pan or pie dish with butter or non-stick cooking spray.

Arrange the thinly sliced apples in the prepared cake pan, ensuring they cover the bottom evenly.

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and granulated sugar until well combined.

Add the flour, milk, melted butter, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon to the egg mixture. Stir until the batter is smooth and free of lumps.

Pour the batter over the sliced apples in the cake pan, making sure to distribute it evenly.

Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until the cake is set and golden brown on top.

Remove the cake from the oven and allow it to cool slightly before serving.  Optionally, dust the top of the cake with powdered sugar for a decorative touch.
