Golden Crispy Baked Potato Wedge

Ingredients: – 4 large russet potatoe – 2 tablespoons olive oil – 1 teaspoon garlic powder – 1 teaspoon paprika – 1/2 teaspoon salt

– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper – Optional: chopped fresh herbs such as parsley or chives for garnish

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 

Cut potatoes into wedges and place in a bowl. 

Toss with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. 

Spread wedges in a single layer on the baking sheet. 

Bake for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy. 

Serve hot and enjoy!
