Cinnamon Swirl Sweet Potato Pie 

Ingredients: For the crust: – 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour – 1/4 teaspoon salt – 1/2 cup cold unsalted butter, cut into cube – 3-4 tablespoons ice water

For the filling: – 2 cups mashed sweet potatoes (about 2 medium sweet potatoes, roasted and peeled) – 1/2 cup packed brown sugar – 1/4 cup granulated sugar – 2 large egg

– 1/2 cup heavy cream – 1 teaspoon vanilla extract – 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon – 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg – 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions: For the crust: 1. In a food processor, pulse together flour and salt. 2. Add cold butter cubes and pulse until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

1. Gradually add ice water, 1 tablespoon at a time, pulsing until dough begins to clump together. 2. Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead briefly until smooth. 3. Shape dough into a disk, wrap in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

For the filling: 1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine mashed sweet potatoes, brown sugar, granulated sugar, eggs, heavy cream, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.

Baking: 1. Place the pie in the preheated oven and bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the filling is set and the crust is golden brown.
