Balsamic Roasted Pork Loin

Ingredients ½ cup balsamic vinegar 2 tablespoons steak seasoning rub ½ cup olive oil 2 pounds boneless pork loin roast

Directions In a medium bowl, combine vinegar and steak seasoning; whisk until seasoning is dissolved. Add olive oil and stir until well mixed.

After placing the pork in a plastic bag that can be sealed, cover it with the marinade. After sealing the bag and expelling any air, let it marinade for two to overnight in the refrigerator.

Set the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius) when you're ready to cook.

Put the marinated meat and its contents into a glass baking dish.

Bake the tenderloin in the preheated oven, basting regularly, for approximately one hour, or until an instant-read thermometer put into the center reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees F (65 degrees C).

Let it rest for ten minutes, then cut into slices and serve.
