Amazing Pork Tenderloin in the Slow Cooker

Ingredients 1 (2 pound) pork tenderloin 1 (1 ounce) envelope dry onion soup mix 1 cup water

¾ cup red wine 3 tablespoons soy sauce 3 tablespoons minced garlic freshly ground black pepper to taste

Directions Compile every component.

Put the soup mix and the pork tenderloin into a slow cooker. Turn the pork to coat it as you pour the water, wine, and soy sauce over it. Spread as much garlic as you can on top of the meat, taking care to cover it. Add a little pepper.

Once the internal temperature reaches 145 degrees F (63 degrees C), cook on Low with a cover for 4 hours.

After taking the pork out of the slow cooker, give it ten minutes to rest.

Cut into slices and serve with the au jus (cooking liquid) on the side. Have fun!
